I bought a bag from the Oasis Guess store on November 22, 2023. But after using it only twice, the strap on the right side came off. I went to the store on November 13th, 2023, and the store manager, who was a woman, insisted on checking the product. I told them that there's no need for an examination because the product is new and obviously broken. I want my money back because it's not my fault. I have the right to a refund as a consumer. When I was calmly telling her about my concerns, the lady started getting confrontational. She even threatened to call security and tried to make it seem like I was the one at fault. I told her to check the security footage, but she kept being rude. It's been three weeks since the bag, which I only used twice, fell apart.
