I purchased a BIZ2GO bag from Adesa Mağazacılık/Samsonite store in Izmir İstinyepark AVM on May 21, 2023. After only 1.5 months of use, the bag lost its form and quality. I initially contacted the Izmir Istinyepark store where I purchased it. They notified headquarters, and I continued to use the bag for the next 2-3 weeks. After this period, I received a response from "headquarters" claiming that it was due to a user error. Throughout the ordeal, I took the bag to Samsonite stores in airports across the country, and they all confirmed it was a product defect. They advised contacting headquarters more forcefully in order to receive a proper response. I returned to the Izmir Istinyepark store a few weeks later, and they informed me that the headquarters had once again dismissed it as a user error. I contacted Ms Esra at the headquarters at this point, but she insisted it was not covered under warranty and suggested I overloaded the bag. I did, however, clarify that I was only carrying a laptop, charger, and notebook. The manager and staff at Samsonite Izmir Istinyepark were far more helpful and involved in resolving the issue. The manager even educated me on the features of the bag and expressed concern that it was a display model. I don't want to return the bag; instead, I want it replaced with one that keeps its shape, or I'm willing to pay more for a different bag. I bought it 5 months ago, but I've only used it for 2-2.5 months. It's simply unacceptable for a bag to lose its shape so quickly, especially when it's not, as it appears now, a child's bag.
