Gucci Silk Wool Shawl Unraveling at Edges After Limited Use

I have been using the Gucci shawl since I first purchased it, and it has been unraveling at the edge stitches from the very beginning. After a few uses, the unraveling has increased significantly. I used the product 2-3 times, and now it is in an unusable condition. I cannot believe that a brand like Gucci would sell such a poor-quality product. I expect the necessary action to be taken. I have never experienced such an issue even with the lowest-quality shawls. I did not even keep the receipt for the product, as I never imagined I would face such a problem.
