My Grundig OLED 4K TV Keeps Dropping Internet Connection
I regret buying the Grundig OLED 4K television. I constantly face issues with the internet connection dropping, which is highly frustrating when streaming content online. Additionally, every time I turn on the TV, the screen doesn't appear, and I have to change the channel, which is also very inconvenient. I purchased this TV with great enthusiasm, but unfortunately, I now feel very disappointed. Getting the "Connection Lost" notification at the most exciting moments during online streaming is just disheartening. I'm not exaggerating; this happens about 10 times per hour. If I had known beforehand, I wouldn't have bought it at all, and now I consider this investment a loss. The TV also lacks many features; for example, even when entering YouTube, the connection drops every 5 minutes, and I have to spend minutes trying to reconnect to the internet. I no longer have expectations from the Grundig brand, and, if possible, I would like to return the TV and get a refund.
