I own a Grundig Toronto TV and have been disappointed to find that some essential apps, like Disney+ and Tabii, are not available. Furthermore, there seems to be no software update to resolve this issue or add these apps. For a smart TV, this lack of app support is frustrating and limits its functionality.
As a loyal customer who trusts the Arçelik brand, I expect better support and timely updates to keep up with the latest streaming platforms. The absence of apps like Tabii, which should have been added as soon as it launched, is unacceptable. Grundig, please provide a solution or update immediately so I can use my TV to its full potential without needing to reconsider my brand preference.
