LG 43UF7787 TV Apps Not Downloading – Update Needed for Compatibility

In 2016, I purchased an LG 43UF7787 model television. Currently, I am unable to download popular apps like TOD and Tabii. This issue appears to stem from outdated software that has not kept pace with newer applications. A simple update from LG should resolve this, yet no solution has been provided.

As loyal LG customers, we should not be left without essential updates that maintain the functionality of our devices. This situation is both frustrating and unfair, considering the TV’s initial cost and its intended longevity.

I urge LG to release the necessary updates promptly and address this problem. Ignoring such issues reflects poorly on a brand of LG’s reputation. Please resolve this matter immediately.
