The carpet cleaning deal I found on Groupon didn’t turn out how I wished for, the deal said the cleaners would come to my area, which was the whole reason, when I called to schedule the cleaning, they said they wouldn't come to my house because it's outside their service area. WHAT?! can't use it now, of course after not being able to get it done, tried it, but your customer support page was totally useless! There wasn't anything about canceling at all.
