Cancellation Issues And Misleading Service with Groupon Carpet Cleaning
The carpet cleaning deal I found on Groupon didn’t turn out how I wished for, the deal said the cleaners would come to my area, which was the whole reason, when I called to schedule the cleaning, they said they wouldn't come to my house because it's outside their service area. WHAT?! can't use it now, of course after not being able to get it done, tried it, but your customer support page was totally useless! There wasn't anything about canceling at all. This is super annoying because I really need to know how to cancel stuff if I change my mind.I'd really appreciate it if you could: give me a full refund for this Groupon, update your customer support page, and most imp make sure cleaners list their real service areas in the deals so this doesn't happen to other people.
