Greyhound Luggage Theft Complaint — Missing Suitcase From El Paso to Denver

On Saturday, September 12, I traveled on Greyhound route 3392287128 from El Paso, Texas to Denver, Colorado. My suitcase was loaded into the luggage compartment when I boarded. It is a gray suitcase with a black zipper, a black handle and black wheels. Because it was a night route, I slept most of the trip, and I suspect that my suitcase was stolen at some point during the journey. When we arrived at the Denver station and I went down to pick up my luggage, my suitcase was no longer there. Inside the suitcase I had my underwear, shirts, pants and a pair of sneakers, with an approximate total value of about 350 dollars. When I realized that my suitcase was missing, I immediately spoke to the staff at the Denver station. They informed me that I needed to file a police report and make a report directly with Greyhound. I submitted my report to Greyhound on Sunday, September 13, and the police report is currently in process. I request that Greyhound investigate this incident on the route from El Paso to Denver and that I be compensated for the value of my stolen luggage as soon as possible, as I have been left without my personal belongings after this trip.
