Refund Issue Whit Greenhorn Wellness , I Request a Solution And Full Refund

I purchased a service called “Story TV” from Greenhorn Wellness for ₹699 on 12 July and paid via UPI. The payment went through successfully to the UPI ID storytv******@kotakpay, and I have the transaction confirmation from Kotak Bank showing the amount and date. After this payment, I requested a refund from Greenhorn Wellness/Story TV, but my refund request has not been answered. Despite contacting them, they have not replied regarding the refund, and my money has still not been returned. I am requesting a full refund of ₹699 to my original UPI account without any deduction and a clear written confirmation about the refund process and timeline.
