Cancel Greenhorn Wellness Auto Payment

I have an issue with an auto payment to Green Horn Wellness Private Limited that is being processed through Google Pay. An auto debit of ₹399 has been set up from my UCO Bank Udhampur account, and when I try to cancel this auto payment in Google Pay, I receive an error and the mandate does not get cancelled. I noticed this problem just now when I attempted to stop the auto payment. I went into Google Pay and tried to cancel it, but due to the error the auto payment remains active. I have a related ID for this subscription or mandate and I am ready to share it so that the payment can be correctly identified. I request that this auto payment to Green Horn Wellness Private Limited via Google Pay from my UCO Bank Udhampur account be cancelled immediately and that no further deductions of ₹399 be taken. I also request written confirmation once the auto payment and mandate are fully cancelled in the system.
