On 28 February 2026, an amount of ₹299 was deducted by Greenhorn Wellness from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account through UPI as an autopay transaction, without any prior information, consent, or clarity about which app or merchant this payment is linked to. I do not recognize this transaction and I have never knowingly set up any such autopay for ₹299. This is the first time such an unknown deduction has happened on my account, and I am very concerned about the security of my account and how an autopay could be created without my clear knowledge. I request Greenhorn Wellness to urgently look into this transaction, identify the source and merchant of this UPI autopay, and process a full refund of the ₹299 that was deducted without my authorization. I also request that you ensure no further unauthorized autopay or similar deductions take place from my account.
On 2/2/2026 I discovered two charges of 14.99 each made by SLY Number on my card ending in 4200.
