Greenhorn Wellness Agent UPI Mandate Deducted From Bank of Baroda

I hold a savings account with Bank of Baroda. On 16-06-2026, an amount of ₹599 was debited from my account for “GREENHORN WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED – UPISubscription, RRN 562507532034” as an upcoming mandate. I did not knowingly authorize or do not fully understand this mandate, and this deduction was unexpected for me. I have already tried all possible options available to me, such as using the app/netbanking and other support channels, but my amount of ₹599 has still not been refunded and the mandate has not been cancelled. I am very unhappy that my balance has been reduced in this way without a clear explanation or resolution. I request that this transaction be checked urgently, the unauthorized or unclear mandate in favour of GREENHORN WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED be cancelled, and the debited amount of ₹599 be refunded to my Bank of Baroda savings account.
