My Gratis Order Has Not Been Shipped Yet

I bought a Rom&nd gloss and lipstick from Gratis 4 days ago, but my order still shows as “being prepared” and hasn’t even been shipped yet. This delay is really frustrating because I needed the products urgently. Please prepare it already—do we really have to wait a whole week every time? It feels like customer satisfaction is not a priority here. No other company makes customers wait this long, but with Gratis the process always takes unusually longer.
