Hello, I completed my shopping on the Gratis website on 18.04.2025 with the order number PH26669376 and made my payment. Then we were informed that my products were sent to be shipped to cargo. Acceptance Date: 2025-04-21 17:57 Although it has been about 8 days since this date, the product has not reached our hands, and when we contacted the cargoist, the cargo company, the product has not been delivered and no information has been given, even though we have been informed that it has been distributed at the end of each call since 2025-04-24. In this case, we contacted the Gratis 0 850 210 69 00 contact center and asked them to support us, but they could not produce a solution. We want the victimization we have experienced in this process to be eliminated.
