GrandPashaBet is Unhelpful: Missing Deposit Issue

I deposited 40,000 TL into a GrandPashaBet account about a month ago. However, I've been having problems with the site's customer service. Despite the fact that I completed all necessary procedures and provided substantial evidence of my deposit, the site's representatives have been completely unhelpful. Instead of providing a solution, they have repeatedly created new problems and made evasive excuses. It's aggravating that GrandPashaBet refuses to accept responsibility for the problems they've caused. I've even forwarded bank account statements to their email address, but this hasn't sped up the resolution process. I am very dissatisfied with their service as a result of their lack of cooperation and refusal to address my concerns. I expected better support and transparency as a customer. I'm hoping that this situation can be resolved soon because it's been a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.
