However, when I tried to withdraw the money, they informed me that I couldn't do so and asked me to wager the entire 40,000. Reluctantly, I agreed, with the assurance that I could withdraw the funds afterward. I followed their instructions and, through a series of bets, managed to increase the balance to 63,000. Yet, when I attempted to withdraw the money, they demanded that I now needed to wager the entire 63,000. In essence, it appears that they keep changing the rules to avoid paying out any winnings. Their customer service representatives seem to use copy-paste responses to evade paying out the funds. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I'm seeking a resolution to this ongoing issue.
