GrandPashaBet Charged Me ₺29,000 After ₺5,000 Deposit

I deposited ₺5,000 into my GrandPashaBet account using my credit card, but to my complete shock and frustration, ₺29,000 was withdrawn from my account. That’s nearly six times the amount I intended to invest. I immediately contacted live support, and they told me there was a “system error” that registered it as a ₺50,000 investment attempt. This explanation made no sense, and it felt like a way to dodge responsibility.

They claimed the excess amount would be refunded within 3 to 24 hours, but even after the full 24 hours passed, I received nothing. I submitted a call-back request through the website, and when someone finally responded, they told me something completely new—that credit card deposits are only allowed after the first five deposits. Why wasn’t that mentioned before?

This experience has left me angry and anxious. I trusted the platform with my money, only to face inconsistent explanations, unfulfilled promises, and a massive charge I never authorized. I demand an immediate refund of the extra ₺24,000 taken from my account. GrandPashaBet must take responsibility for this issue and ensure their systems don’t allow this kind of mistake again.

When you sign up for a betting site, many different betting sites call you. If most of them are marked as spam, they can be automatically blocked. Here, look.

Spam calls are enabled, all betting sites can reach me, but only you can't, which is interesting. I will persistently continue with my complaints without getting tired.

At this point, they said that the investment I made through the GrandPashaBet site was withdrawn by scammers. They stated that it is not their site. I got hurt, so you don't have to. There are thousands of fake, non-existent sites. If anyone insists on playing, let them use other sites, not this one.
