I recently attempted to deposit ₺300 on GrandPashaBet via bank transfer, as the site clearly stated a minimum deposit of ₺200. However, after waiting 7-8 minutes, the funds never appeared in my account. I reached out to customer service, where I was informed that the actual minimum deposit limit was ₺2000, and they insisted that I add another ₺1700 to meet this threshold. Despite pointing out that the site listed a ₺200 limit, they refused to process my deposit unless I complied with their revised limit. I am extremely frustrated, as this misleading information cost me both time and trust. I expect GrandPashaBet to honor the displayed limit or return my funds promptly.
