GPay Payment to Mako App Failed to Show Tokens – Requesting Refund

On November 1, 2025, I made a payment of approximately $40 via GPay using my bank card to load tokens into my account on the Mako friend-matching app. After the payment, neither the tokens were loaded into my account, nor did I receive any notification. My transaction reference code is STZREJQJ, and I have the receipt.

I had performed the same method without issues before, but this time my $40 is lost. I have not yet contacted customer service. Because of this, I deleted the app.

I request that my grievance be addressed and the payment of $40 be refunded to me.
