On August 14, 2025, I purchased 100 tokens on the Tango app through Google Play using my phone number. However, when I logged into my account after the payment, I noticed that the tokens were missing. In addition to the missing balance, I became concerned that someone else might have accessed my account without permission, since I could not use my tokens properly. I restarted the app several times, but the problem persisted.
I also attempted to contact the Tango support team, but there was no response or available channel to resolve this issue. Each time I tried to log back into my account, I received an error message, which has never happened to me before. I even checked my account settings to see if there were any recent security changes, but nothing appeared unusual.
My email address linked to the account is a*********@gmail.com**, and I made the payment directly through Google Play. Since the 100 tokens I purchased were never credited, I am now hesitant to make any further purchases on Tango.
I request that Tango immediately credit the missing tokens to my account and also take the necessary security measures to ensure that this issue does not happen again. Users should feel confident that their purchases are protected and properly delivered.
