How to Get Refund When Tango App Doesn’t Credit Purchased Tokens

On November 4, 2025, I paid $6 for 965 tokens via the Tango app. The payment processed successfully—no error message—and the charge appeared in my statement. However, the tokens were never credited to my account.

This is the first time I’ve encountered this issue, and I haven’t yet contacted customer service. Because the tokens did not show up, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid. The account I used is linked to e**************@gmail.com.

I respectfully ask that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
