On March 2, 2025, I paid ₺8,034 on klasgame.com by entering my card details. Since the payment wasn’t confirmed by the site, it was automatically marked for a refund. The payment was processed via GPay, and I was told that the refund was initiated on March 3, 2025. Their customer service informed me I needed to follow up with my bank.
Today is April 10, 2025, and my bank clearly says no refund has been processed. They also confirmed that if any refund had been issued, it would’ve reached my account immediately.
After repeated follow-ups, GPay sent me a generic refund "receipt" — a screenshot with no proof of an actual bank transfer, just vague internal data. It looks like GPay never actually sent the money back.
I’m tired of being stalled with meaningless documents. Stop wasting time and refund my ₺8,034 now. I expect this to be resolved immediately — no more excuses.
