On October 31, 2025 at 22:59, I made a loading transaction of $425 using my personal credit card from İş Bankası through GPay on the Ko Pazar website. During the transaction I waited in the GPay system for a long time until I was logged out, and Ko Pazar never received the payment notification. The transaction was made under the username “Jonniwalker”.
The amount was definitely debited from my card, and for the past five days there has been no refund. I have contacted both Ko Pazar and GPay customer service multiple times, and each time I have been told “we’re waiting for the finance department to get back to you”. I also spoke with İş Bankası customer service and have all the records. However, my issue remains unsolved.
I request that the transaction be urgently reviewed and that the $425 be refunded to me. I kindly ask that my grievance, which has been unresolved for a long time, be addressed promptly.
