GPay Payment Not Refunded After Failed Transaction on GameSatis

On November 1, 2025, I made a payment of ₺1,022.49 via the website of GPay using the Chrome browser on my desktop computer, in order to purchase Riot Points from GameSatış. The transaction was made with the card associated with the account whose last four digits are 7902. The transaction sender number listed was 888-1037-0132840 and the receipt number was 000280038.

However, after the payment neither was the amount credited to my GPay wallet nor was it refunded to my card. Despite this error I contacted GPay customer service multiple times; first I was asked to “call again on Wednesday,” then told “call again in one week.” Today I cannot reach customer support at all. I have received absolutely no support from either GPay or GameSatış, and I remain a victim of this issue.

This was a one-time payment, so I am not part of any subscription or contract. I request that my ₺1,022.49 be refunded back to my card as soon as possible. Because of this negative experience I no longer wish to do business with either GPay or GameSatış.
