I Regret Buying GoPro Hero 11 Mini: Screen Malfunctioned, No Support


I purchased the GoPro Hero 11 Mini expecting quality and reliability from a globally known brand. But soon after, the device started developing serious issues. The small screen suddenly began showing vertical lines for no reason. I initially thought I could live with it, hoping it was a temporary glitch. But a month passed, and the issue only got worse. Eventually, the device completely shut down and won’t turn back on.
To make matters worse, the battery is built-in, so I can’t even try removing and reinserting it. I searched online, called every service number and dealer I could find, but no one helped me. I didn’t even get proper directions for repair or replacement. It’s shocking that such a reputable brand has no proper customer service support in Turkey.
I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I paid good money for a premium product, only to be left with a useless camera and zero assistance. GoPro must urgently establish a reliable service network in Turkey and take ownership of defective products like this. I demand an immediate solution or refund.
