My GoPro HERO 11 Black Mini Froze After Two Weeks of Use and Overheated

I purchased the GoPro HERO 11 Black Mini just two weeks ago and haven't even used it to record a single video yet—I didn’t even get an SD card. Despite minimal use, the device froze with the screen stuck on, and it has been unresponsive for over two hours. None of the buttons work, it doesn’t make any sound or movement, and I can’t turn it off. To make matters worse, it’s overheating. This is extremely disappointing, especially for a brand as renowned as GoPro. I need immediate assistance to resolve this issue or I expect a replacement.
