GoPro Hero10 SD Card Error & Recording Failure
For about two months, my GoPro Hero10 has been constantly showing an “SD” warning, and the device either does not record any video/photo at all or stops recording on its own midway. To confirm that the issue was not caused by the memory card, I tested multiple SD cards and reset the device to factory settings, but nothing resolved the problem.
I was able to find only one authorized service center in Istanbul, but they refused to accept the device because I purchased it abroad. Even though I told them I was not requesting warranty service and was willing to pay for the repair, they still did not assist me. I cannot find any technical service provider in Turkey that can repair GoPro products. I also tried contacting GoPro through their official website, but the support page was not functioning properly, so I could not receive assistance.
Although my warranty has expired, I am left with a device that has become completely unusable and no available repair service in Turkey, which has caused significant inconvenience. I request that GoPro provide paid repair service or technical support so that my device can be used again.
