GoPro Hero 10 Automatically Powers On

I purchased a GoPro Hero10 from Media Markt Germany. Media Markt Turkey mentioned they could help with the invoice within a year, but I have no idea where the invoice is now. I haven't even used it 5 times, and I haven't used it without a case. It's only been about 3-4 months since I purchased it. It began opening by itself and not responding when I pressed the button. When it turns on, the screen only displays the camera screen. There's no picture showing up on the main screen. I've tried everything, reset, reset everything. I was really looking forward to using the large GoPro I purchased, but unfortunately, I couldn't get it to work.
