GoPro Hero11 Black Stuck at 1% Charge (Tried Everything! Help!)

My brand new GoPro Hero11 Black is causing me a lot of frustration! The device was fully charged when I first got it, but after using it once, it's now stuck at 1% and won't charge anymore. I've exhausted all possible solutions, from trying various cables to testing different outlets, but unfortunately, none of them have yielded any positive results. The lights are constantly flickering, resembling a lively disco party, while the battery level remains uncooperative. I'm feeling really frustrated right now! I would really appreciate any advice on how to revive my GoPro!
