I Face GoPro Hero 12 Low Battery Error at 30%

I purchased my GoPro Hero 12 from the official distributor, and it is still under warranty. For the past week, my device has been shutting itself off, showing a “low battery” warning even though the battery level is at 30%. This issue has occurred several times. I tried software updates, different charging cables, and resetting the device, but the problem persists.

Previously, during the summer, I also experienced overheating and swelling batteries. The service center stated that the batteries were not covered under warranty. Now, with both the unexpected shutdowns and battery-level errors, I cannot use the device efficiently.

Since my device is still under warranty, I request either a replacement unit or a permanent fix for this issue. I kindly ask for your assistance.
