I bought a GoPro 11 from Germany 10 months ago, but I've only managed to use it around 10 times in total. Three days ago, some lines showed up on the screen, and the next day, both screens went black. So, I reached out to the official service center, and they mentioned that the warranty doesn't cover it since it was bought from overseas. They also said that fixing it is not an option.
