The App on Google Account Blocked After Sending Money For Special Plan

I was using an app through my Google ID and had reached level 4 in the app, after purchasing and collecting many coins. One person told me that they were giving me a special plan and clearly demanded 2000 rupees from me, saying that with this plan my own coins would not be used, so I should send them this money. Because I had been purchasing coins again and again, I wrongly thought that this might be a good offer or special plan connected to my activity, and that I might get some extra benefit or reply for my account. Due to this misunderstanding, I made the mistake of trusting this unknown person and sent 2000 rupees via Easypaisa from Pakistan to the number 03421126*** (name: Muhammad Q***). Right after I sent the 2000 rupees, my account on this app was blocked. I can no longer access my account, my coins, or my previous purchases, even though I have spent a lot of money and time on this account. I accept that it was my mistake to send money to this stranger, but I had no bad intention at all and only wanted to use the app normally, believing this was a genuine plan related to my frequent coin purchases. I honestly did not know that my account could be blocked for this and never tried to break any rules. I have not been able to reach the app’s own helpline, so I am submitting this complaint here. My main request is that my account be checked and immediately unblocked, together with full access to all my earlier coins and purchases. I want my profile and level to be restored as before, because I did not do anything wrong on the app itself and only sent money in good faith after an offer was made to me and 2000 rupees were requested from me. I kindly ask you to review my account activity, see that I have purchased many coins legitimately, and reopen my account as soon as possible, and to please inform me clearly and as quickly as possible about the status of my account after your review.
