Google Account Recovery Fails After Device Is Broken

I am experiencing a serious issue accessing my Google account and have been unable to recover it. I was previously signed in on a Panasonic tablet, but the tablet’s display is now broken, and I can no longer use that device. As a result, I am unable to receive verification codes or complete the standard login process.

I am attempting to access my Google account from India, but I am stuck at the verification stage. I would like Google to send the verification code to my new phone number so I can log in and regain access to my account.

I have tried using the available recovery options and seeking support, but the responses I received were not helpful, and my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that my Google account be recovered and that the verification method be updated to allow codes to be sent to my new phone number, or that another workable solution be provided so I can fully regain access to my account.
