I am a regular user of the Tashan Win website, registered under the mobile number 7978167217. This is a new account, and although I have not made any withdrawals yet, I have clear proof of my deposits and can provide screenshots as evidence that I am the rightful owner of the account.
On January 20, 2026, my account security was compromised after I was misled by a Tashan Win agent into sharing an OTP. After that, an unauthorized Google Authenticator was linked to my account without my consent, and I lost access. Since then, every time I try to log in, the system asks for a Google verification code from an authenticator that I do not control, so I am completely locked out of my account.
When I try to use the “Forgot Password” option, an error appears and the process does not continue, so I cannot reset my password or regain access in any way. I am the legitimate owner of this account and can verify my identity through my registered mobile number and my deposit records.
At the time I lost access, my Tashan Win account balance was approximately 4,000. I am extremely concerned that the agent locked my account and took my money, and I want to prevent any further misuse of my account or any remaining funds.
I respectfully request that my account be urgently reviewed and secured, that the unauthorized Google Authenticator be removed or reset, and that login through my registered mobile number 7978167217 be re-enabled so I can regain access and protect my funds. I also request a detailed investigation into the actions of the Tashan Win agent who misled me, along with appropriate action to restore my account access and balance.
