Can't Verify Admob Account PIN and Google Has Disabled Ad Serving

I am in desperate need of support for my Admob account. Despite requesting the pin code three times, I failed to verify it within the given four-month period, and now ad serving has been disabled. To make matters worse, I am unable to request a new pin code or manually verify my account. The troubleshooter has been of no help, and I feel completely stuck. The saddest thing is that the Google support desk does not respond to my messages in a solution-oriented way. They keep sending me canned answers and it doesn't do anything. You can already find dozens of similar complaints if you look at forums on the subject. Please stop stalling your customers, it is very frustrating.
