Google Didn't Refund Even Though 10 Days Passed After Account Cancellation

I deposited some money into my Google Ads balance, but later on, I decided to cancel my account and requested a withdrawal of the remaining balance. I'm frustrated with how long it took for the withdrawal process to complete. Even though the system indicates that the refund has been processed, it's been 10 days and the money still hasn't appeared in my account. My bank is unable to find any record of the refunded payment in their system. I've been constantly redirected to the mail team by the Google chat team, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response from them. I am extremely annoyed by this situation and I demand a prompt resolution to my issue. Thanks a lot.
