Unable to Access Google Account – Recovery Codes Sent to Old Number

I am unable to access my Google account because the recovery codes are being sent to my old phone number, which I no longer use. I’ve forgotten my password but still have access to my email and remember my old phone number. Unfortunately, I haven't received any helpful assistance from Google’s support team.
