It's impossible to reach customer service, and I couldn't resolve the issue through support.google.com. There is a support number listed, but it seems like no one works there, as no one answers the phone despite waiting on hold for minutes. I even tried resetting my account and re-entering my subscription details, but nothing has worked so far. This is causing a lot of frustration, as I rely on the service daily for my music needs.
