YouTube Music Is Charging Me but Not Activating My Subscription After Phone Change
I am a YouTube Music subscriber, and I purchased the subscription using my phone number. However, after changing my phone, my account is no longer active. It's impossible to reach customer service, and I couldn't resolve the issue through support.google.com. There is a support number listed, but it seems like no one works there, as no one answers the phone despite waiting on hold for minutes. I even tried resetting my account and re-entering my subscription details, but nothing has worked so far. This is causing a lot of frustration, as I rely on the service daily for my music needs. Although the subscription fee is regularly charged to my bill every month, I still cannot activate my membership. Either refund my money or activate my subscription already.
