For this purchase, instead of a refund, I kindly request that the amount paid be converted into a redeem code that I can use in Free Fire. I would like this redeem code to cover the full value of the transaction associated with the above order ID. I request that my case be reviewed and that a suitable redeem code be provided as soon as possible.
