On February 16, multiple unauthorized transactions were made from my Ziraat Bank card by Google Ads. A total of 600₺ was withdrawn in six to seven separate charges of 60₺ and 70₺ each, all without my consent.
As soon as I noticed the charges, I canceled my card and filed an unauthorized transaction claim with Google. However, my request was denied, and I have not received my refund.
I am a student, and this amount is significant for me. I demand that Google Ads immediately process my refund for these fraudulent transactions.
