I Requested Refund for ₺400 on Google Ads, Still No Refund After 2 Weeks

I accidentally loaded ₺400 into my Google Ads account and requested a refund. Despite being promised a refund on a specific date, no payment has been made to my account—not even after two weeks past the promised date. There has been zero communication or explanation from Google. I have sent multiple feedback messages, but they have been completely ignored. This lack of transparency and support is deeply frustrating and unacceptable. I regret using Google Ads due to this experience. I demand that Google immediately process my refund and improve their customer service to prevent such neglect from happening to others. This situation is damaging and must be resolved promptly.
