I was shocked to see that ₺800 was withdrawn from my account via Google AdSense for a website called “Artizan” — a platform I have never signed up for or authorized in any way. This transaction was made without my permission or knowledge, and I want my money refunded immediately.
To make matters worse, when I tried to report this through the “Şikayetim Var” platform, they falsely marked the issue as “resolved” without ever contacting me or solving anything. How can they claim my issue is resolved when nothing was done and no refund was issued?
This is unauthorized billing and borders on fraud. I demand that Google refund the full ₺800 without delay and investigate how this transaction was allowed without any approval or verification.
