I Found Unauthorized Google Ads Charges on My Card and Demand Refund

Since January 31, 2025, I noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card from Google Ads. Without my knowledge or consent, two charges of 465.00₺ each appeared on my statement at 16:54 and 17:03 on the same day. Additionally, there were other suspicious transactions amounting to around 2000₺ from Exxen and POS devices during that period. Upon discovering these unauthorized expenses, I promptly contacted my bank and canceled my card to prevent further fraud. I am demanding a full refund of all charges made without my authorization. This situation has caused me significant distress, and I expect Google Ads to take immediate responsibility and resolve this matter quickly.
