On December 29, 2023, I purchased four Sava Eskimo HP2 M+S tires. When I had them installed for the first time on October 13, 2024, one of the tires did not balance properly. The installation firm indicated that there was a manufacturing defect in the tire tread. Since then, I have repeatedly called Goodyear customer service but have been unable to reach anyone. I also attempted to contact them through their official website but received no response. It is truly disappointing not to find a contact person to address the issue with a product I purchased, trusting Goodyear's quality and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would appreciate it if someone could respond after reading this complaint.
