Goodnotes Android App Displays False "Notebook Limit Reached" Error on Free Accounts

On my Lenovo TAB P11 model Android tablet, I am completely unable to benefit from the free usage features of the Goodnotes application downloaded via the Google Play Store. Even though my account is entirely on the free tier, I cannot even create a basic starter note page. When I open the application, I receive a warning stating "You have reached your notebook limit," despite having never created or used any notebooks. This issue has been ongoing for approximately three months. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as logging out and logging back into my account, but the problem remains unresolved. My account email address is b*******@icloud.com, and I reside in Turkey.

I demand that my issue be resolved as soon as possible so that I can enjoy the basic features offered for free by Goodnotes and use the application without further problems.
