Please Send Me My Money
On 27 January 2026, I made a UPI deposit of ₹10,000 from my PhonePe account to the Goa Game colour prediction and betting website. The amount was debited from my account, but it has still not been credited to my Goa Game account even though five months have now passed. The UPI transaction reference for this payment is T2601271856219588847691, and I have all the related proof and screenshots. After noticing that the deposit had not arrived, I raised a complaint with Goa Game support. Initially I was told to wait, so I kept waiting, but whenever I tried to submit or follow up on my complaint with their customer service, my complaint kept getting rejected without any proper resolution or clear explanation. Because of this, I have been left without access to the ₹10,000 that was debited from my account. I request that this issue be checked urgently using the above transaction reference and that my ₹10,000 either be refunded back to my PhonePe account or immediately credited to my Goa Game wallet. I also expect a clear explanation as to why my previous complaints were repeatedly rejected despite providing proof.
