1xBet Failed to Credit My ₹10,000 PhonePe UPI Deposit

On 29 May, I made a UPI deposit of ₹10,000 to my 1xBet account through the PhonePe app. The amount has been debited from my bank account and, according to my bank and the UPI transaction details, it has been successfully transferred to 1xBet. However, the money has neither been added to my 1xBet balance nor refunded back to my account. I raised this issue with 1xBet customer support, but instead of resolving the problem they closed my query with the response that I should wait for 15 banking days. I find this unacceptable because the payment has already been confirmed as successful by my bank, and 1xBet continues to deny receiving it even though the amount is clearly debited from my side. I request that this ₹10,000 payment, made via UPI through PhonePe on 29 May, be urgently traced and either immediately credited to my 1xBet account balance or refunded back to my bank account without any further delay.
