Goa Games Deposit Not Credited After ₹10,000 Paytm UPI Payment

On March 21, 2026, I deposited ₹10,000 via UPI using the Paytm application into my Goa Games account, but the amount has still not been credited to my account balance.

I have the UPI and Paytm transaction details as proof that the payment was successfully completed. However, despite contacting customer support, I have not received any solution so far.

I kindly request that this transaction be traced using the provided details and that the ₹10,000 be either credited to my Goa Games account without further delay or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
