Goa Games Deposit Missing After Successful ₹1,450 UPI Payment
On June 11 at around 4:31, I deposited ₹1,450 into my Goa Games account (ID: 1855879) via UPI on the Goa Games platform. The amount was successfully debited from my side, and I have a screenshot of the payment as proof that the transaction was completed. However, the funds have still not been credited to my Goa Games account. Today at around 9:32, I contacted Goa Games customer support and was informed that the money had not yet been received on their side. This situation is causing inconvenience, as the amount is stuck in between despite the transaction being successful from my end. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that the ₹1,450 either be immediately credited to my Goa Games wallet or refunded back to my original UPI source without any further delay.
