Goagames Top-Up Missing After ₹700 UPI Payment
On March 11, 2026, I made a payment of ₹700 via UPI to top up my Goagames account, but the amount has still not been credited.
The mobile number linked to my Goagames account for this transaction is 9334465639. Even though the payment was successfully completed on my side, my Goagames account balance has not been updated, and I have not received any confirmation from the platform.
I have already contacted Goagames customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of communication and the missing balance are causing me inconvenience because I cannot use the services I paid for.
I kindly request that the ₹700 top-up be credited to my Goagames account linked to 9334465639 without any further delay, or that the amount be refunded to me promptly. I also request that I receive written confirmation about the outcome of this matter.
